Refuge d’En Beys


This refuge in the heart of the national wildlife reserve of Orlu is situated at 1970 m altitude, in a protected mountain environment. You can observe extraordinary plants and wildlife from this place, fish in the small mountain lakes with their abundance in fish or follow the walking trails (HRP; Tour of the mountains of Ax, GR7, alternative of GR107), also possibilities for climbing or mountaineering. And for children, you can hire a donkey (July and August).

Home: 70 people; dorms 15 to 20 beds in mezzanine; blankets; Down advisable in winter and linen in summer.

Access: from the parking lot of Fanguil 3h walk go (watch dogs are prohibited in the reserve Orlu)

The refuge is open from the last weekend in May to the last weekend of September, May and October by reservation. Off guard, part of the refuge is opened with a capacity of 16 people.
